There are lots of ways to research your subject and university.

MAKE YOUR APPLICATION
You can submit your application from mid-September. There is a 29 January deadline for most courses. Your school or college may have a different internal deadline.

APPLY FOR FUNDING
You can apply for funding before you have made a decision on your offer. UK students should make student loan applications as early as possible to ensure funding is in place for the start of your course. It’s a good idea to start thinking about your budget and checking what support you are eligible for.

MEET US AT AN APPLICANT EVENT
Events for 3D design and craft, animation, content creation, electronic music and sound, fashion, film, fine art, games art and design, graphic design, illustration and photography take place on City campus on Wednesday 19 March and Saturday 26 April.
Events for journalism, sports journalism, media production, media studies, music business and media take place on Moulsecoomb campus on Saturday 22 March, Saturday 5 April and Wednesday 30 April.
BELONG AT BRIGHTON
This is our programme of online advice events designed to support you in getting ready for uni. Find out more about your school and your course, accommodation options, our support services, finding part-time work, Sport Brighton, making the most of Brighton students' union and lots more.
Belong at Brighton events run online regularly from April through to September and on campus too once you get here.

EXAM RESULTS
IB results are released in July.
BTEC, A-level, T-level and Scottish Higher results are announced in August.
CONFIRM YOUR PLACE
If you are holding an unconditional offer, then your place on the course is confirmed as soon as you accept our offer.
If you have a conditional offer, we will confirm your place via UCAS Hub once we have received your exam results and reviewed your application.
ACCEPT YOUR ACCOMMODATION OFFER
If you've booked you will receive an offer of accommodation once your place on the course is confirmed. Offers of accommodation are made by email and we will tell you which site and which room you are being offered.
To secure your room you need to tell us you want to accept it by the date in your accommodation offer email.

GET READY FOR UNI
As soon as you have met the conditions of your offer you can start getting ready for uni. For most students this is from August. We’ll send you everything you need to make your best start here – from arranging your accommodation to course preparation and our Freshers’ Festival.
ENROL ONLINE
Once you have enrolled online, you are officially a University of Brighton student. You can view your welcome timetable and start claiming student discounts.
