Commuting to uni

Not everyone moves to go to uni – more than 30% of our students travel in to our beautiful campuses to study and socialise. When you’re lucky enough to live near Brighton, why be a student anywhere else?

It’s also commutable from London and elsewhere – around an hour from central London by train and just half an hour from Gatwick Airport.

REAL STUDENT VIEWS

WHY COMMUTE?

Whether it’s about staying close to friends or family, cost of living considerations, or because they simply love where they live and don’t need to move to join us, commuting is a popular choice for our students – you’ll be in good company! All our campuses are near train stations, and there are regular bus services to get you to and from university. Funding for travel and free parking can make commuting even easier.
