ENABLING OUR STRATEGY: OBJECTIVES.

1. Our financial plans will focus on providing a sustainable and resilient operational base and provide ongoing resources for investment, and over time reduce reliance on borrowing.

2. We will diversify our income in areas which maximise financial margins aligned to our vision, mission and values.

3. Our estate, facilities and digital infrastructure will provide a nurturing and safe environment that meets the needs of our students, staff and partners.

4. We will implement a programme of digital transformation which embraces Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support the focus on our students and reimagine our operational processes and procedures.

5. We will review ways of working and optimise space utilisation across our campuses to best serve the operational delivery of our academic provision and student support.
