APPLICATIONS AND PROCESSES

HOW TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

You should submit applications on behalf of students through the university’s online application portal, called Student View. We will send you login details for this portal so you can submit and track your students’ applications.

Once logged in you should complete the application form on the student’s behalf, completing all sections in full and uploading all required supporting documents such as academic transcripts, English language test results and a suitable personal statement. You will also need to provide accurate student contact details.

Applications should be submitted in good time, well before any published deadlines, to allow sufficient time for processing. After submission you will be able to track the progress of the application and check for any messages from our admissions team in Student View so you can follow up with your students in a timely manner.

You will be sent an agent portal guide containing step-by-step instructions for the application submission process.

To ensure you are paid on time and the process runs smoothly, you must be formally contracted with the university and have submitted accurate bank account details to us. Commission is calculated based on the agreed schedule, which is outlined in the agency agreement and is typically paid after the census date or confirmation of student registration. We respond to student commission claims and make payments directly to your nominated bank account.

We encourage you to keep your records up-to-date and raise any commission-related queries promptly with our team.

OUR COMMISSION AND FINANCIAL PROCESS

Agent commission is processed once a student has successfully enrolled and paid the required tuition fees, in line with our policies.
